The 2017 Hudson Valley Council Annual Wood Badge Dinner will be held on November 18, 2017.  Wood Badge trained Scouters (with or without beads), their spouses, & guests (no children) are welcome. Mark this date on your calendars, and plan to attend an evening of friendship and fellowship.  Take this opportunity to renew old friendships and make new ones.  Relive that "Mountaintop Experience" with fellow Wood Badgers from Hudson Valley and surrounding councils. We plan to have a lot of fun, so bring your stuffed critters, your mementos, your singing voices, and your enthusiasm!  As always during the dinner, a collection will be taken for the Stanton G. Ferguson Wood Badge Scholarship Fund.

          Date:        Saturday, November 18, 2017

Dress:       Scout Uniform preferred

Place:        Hoffman Lodge (Masonic Temple), 9 Courtland Street, Middletown, NY

Menu:        Buffet to include Tossed Salad, Chicken Marsala, Roast Beef, Baked Ziti

        Time:        Fellowship - 5:30 PM   Program starts at 6:30 PM


Cost:         $28.00 per person until Oct 30th. After Oct 30th, the fee goes up to $38.00  Registration closes on Nov 6th at midnight! You MUST register online at www.hudsonvalleyscouting.org (go to the November calendar).  You can pay online by credit card or electronic check, or you can mail your check to the council office (it must be received by Nov 6th). BUT YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE!

AFTER Nov 6th, the registration closes. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO “Can you squeeze me in”, NO WALK-INS ALLOWED!
